How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you are the copyright owner, or copyright owner’s authorized agent, and believe that any content on the Tiger app website infringes copyright in the work(s) you own or control, we want to hear from you. Please provide us with a written notice when you consider that content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and it has been copied on our Services.
Your notice must include:

Specific identification of the copyrighted work which you are alleging to have been infringed: Clarification: It is not clear where the copyright mentioned in point 3 is located. Please provide URLs of all the alleged copyright infringements of the website/app.
Your details: Include your name, address, telephone number and email address.
A statement of authorisation: Acknowledge you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
Good faith statement: Add a statement stating that you believe the content is not being used properly.
Sign the notice (Electronically, or by hand).

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content has been taken off in error or due to a misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notice should include:
Details of the removed content: Please paste the content which was removed for the exact reference of the location.
A statement made under penalty of perjury: You believe that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
How we can contact you: Include name, email address and phone number.
Signature: The counter-notice must be signed (whether by hand or electronically).
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will promptly provide the person who submitted the notice with a copy of the counter-notice and inform that person that we will replace the removed Content or cease disabling access to it in 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our Service.

Repeat Infringement

Repeat copyright offenders will have their accounts either seized or disabled beased on DMCA rules and our terms of service.

Changes to the DMCA Policy

Tiger may revise or supplement this DMCA Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, and the updated Privacy Policy is effective when posted. Tiger’s privacy policy has been updated, and by continuing to use Tiger, you consent to the updated policy.
